The platform has many computing and database servers that can be accessed by the IRIC community.

• Computing cluster

The list of available software can be accessed using the command module avail. Then, you can activate a specific software by using the module load command, which will modify the environment variables, allowing the software to be used. For example:

module load tophat/2.1.0
