The web based implementation of Rstudio is deployed at IRIC and available at the following address:
https://rstudio.bioinfo.iric.ca
Analysis performed using this interface to R will run on a 40 core server with 256GB of RAM and should support most large-scale projects. Version 4.2.0 of R is currently available.
